We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take the day-to-day lead on a variety of B2B and B2C clients that operate in both the UK and US.
Our work is varied, ranging from strategic brand projects and campaign concepts through to motion, digital marketing, website design and asset rollout, so your to-do list will be ever changing!
Supported by the Client Service team, you will be responsible for running projects and managing accounts, pulling together inspiring creative briefs, building strong relationships with clients to unlock opportunities, and delivering brilliant work on time and on budget.
You will be juggling multiple brands and projects at once and working closely with the Client Service and Studio teams.

Your role will cover:
1.Project Execution Excellence: Successfully manage projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring smooth execution across multiple disciplines.
Aim to deliver all projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, supported by the wider team.
You will have sound experience across the full marketing mix, enabling you to handle both stand alone projects and integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
You will be skilled in interpreting client requirements and translating them into solid studio briefs.
Excellent communication, proactiveness, a team spirit and top-notch organisation are all key to this role.
2.Effective Collaboration with Creative Studio: Collaborate closely with the creative studio, providing clear briefs, offering constructive feedback and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations.
Aim to foster a collaborative working relationship with the creative team, resulting in innovative and impactful design solutions.
You will have strong emotional intelligence, be able to challenge both clients and studio appropriately when necessary in response to briefs, and apply tact working as a client partner while advocating for the creative process.
3.Identify and Capitalise on Opportunities: Utilise commercial acumen to identify and capitalise on opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts.
Proactively identify areas for upselling additional services or expanding project scope.
4.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary client lead, building trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Have confidence to lead meetings and present work to clients, and provide proactive counsel on new approaches and ideas to help them achieve their broader objectives.
5.Efficient Workload Management: Prioritise workload effectively to service multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.
Ensure project management processes are adhered to for maximum productivity and streamlining of work.
6.Enhanced Team Performance: Share expertise and experience with the team to enhance overall performance and capabilities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Demonstrate a one-team mentality, while having the ability to work autonomously.
7.Proactive Business Forecasting: Have strong financial acumen and apply this to costing projects and broader client discussions.
Understand the importance of business forecasting and targets, actively monitoring project budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalise on emerging opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
