Role: Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director / Strategist Industry: Healthcare Communications & Strategy Location: Guildford Hybrid: 3 Days in the office a week Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 Interview process: Two stages, the first over teams and the second in person We've partnered with a small but mighty strategy and communications agency that is looking to add another Senior Account Manager / Junior AD / Strategist to its team.

About the Role In this role, you'll be central to managing and developing client accounts across the healthcare sector, serving as the primary point of contact and the engine behind successful client strategy.
You'll play a pivotal role in creating and executing high-impact strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering lasting value.
With a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities, you'll help shape and steer client programmes that truly make an impact.
Key Responsibilities You will l ead client engagements by proactively managing day-to-day communications, providing regular updates, and sharing strategic recommendations that align with client objectives You will develop tailored, data-driven strategies with clear performance metrics that reflect client priorities and maximise value You will Maintain financial oversight on accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on budget and supporting senior management with financial insights You will contribute to fostering a culture of idea-sharing and collaboration, and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and industry knowledge What you will bring to the role A strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in healthcare communications, ideally with knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations T hey can offer the following...
