Role overview We're seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join HRS Communications and play a pivotal role in driving our client accounts.
In this role, you'll leverage your industry expertise and exceptional communication skills to nurture existing accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure an unparalleled customer experience.
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the leader of our client interactions, identifying their unique needs, crafting tailored solutions, and surpassing targets to build lasting partnerships.

What we would like you to do: Manage client relationships, serving as the day-to-day point of contact, providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction Deliver high-quality communications programmes, setting the standard in quality and client services Coordinate and oversee the development of effective communications materials/campaigns through thorough briefing and excellent management of internal and external suppliers (e.g., strategists, medical writers and graphic designers) Create and implement comprehensive project plans, budget trackers and timelines that align with client goals and business objectives for lasting partnerships and success Measure and track campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and client data Maintain a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts Ensure excellent quality control from your account teams Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes Experience and qualifications: 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles (health sectors preferred).
Experience managing large account portfolios Bachelor's degree (life sciences) Interest or qualification in nutrition/dietetics desired but not essential We would like to hear from you if you have: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships Proficiency in CRM software Highly organised and solution oriented with an ability to priorities Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback Able to identify further business opportunities with clients or meet and form relationships with potential new clients The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail Drive and determination Effective team working and leadership skills Commercial awareness An awareness of how the industry is developing through new communication technologies and bringing this knowledge to grow existing accounts Location: Fully remote (UK based) Job type: Full time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week).
Salary: £40-45,000 (DOE) plus company bonus scheme.
