About The Role: A successful and ambitious furniture supplier in London that work with some of the world's leading brands is seeking a driven and influential Senior Account Manager to join their team.
This is a pivotal role where you will be expected to focus on managing a small sales team supporting with their performance and account management strategies whilst working to hit and exceed revenue targets across your accounts.
With previous experience in the industry you will develop a strategy to improve client service whilst collaborating with a creative and knowledgeable team.
The ideal candidate will have the drive to hit the ground running, an agile and energetic personality and ambition to grow an account to achieve high numbers and reap outstanding rewards!
Working closely with your line manager your role will be important to function of the sales team, by putting plans in place to optimise growth and new business, setting up progress meetings and attending networking events to integrate with industry relevant individuals.

Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business objectives Maintain regular contact with clients through meetings, calls, and emails Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with the client's business goals and the company's sales objectives Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and service level agreements Management of a small sales team Set KPIs for your team with support from others in the management team Track the team's KPIs Produce team targets Sell affiliated brands to end clients Lead team meetings to ensure deliverables are met Key Skills/Requirements: Possess previous industry experience in an account management role Excellent leadership skills Strong team building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good problem solving skills A keen interest in the furniture/architect/design industry Confident and proactive individual with good networking skills To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
