You will see yourself working with the strategic development of the customers business process and working with SaaS solutions in the e-commerce and store solutions space.
\n\nYour main responsibilities in the role will be:\n* Owning and maintaining customer relationships\n* Communication measurable value and proactively identifying development needs for customers\n* Identify profitable strategical solutions for customers\n* Identify commercial development opportunities and opportunities to lead upsell/cross-sell\n* Monitoring customers key performance metrics and taking actions to improve them\n* Pipeline generation \n\nTo be successful in the position, you will likely be/have:\n* Experience and knowledge from SaaS solutions\n* 5 years' + selling SaaS into the retail space at the 7-figure value\n* Experience in B2B relationship building on executive and senior level accounts\n\nUK / Remote / e-commerce / Store Solutions / SaaS / Pipeline Generation / Software\nUK / Remote / e-commerce / Store Solutions / SaaS / Pipeline Generation / Software\nUK / Remote / e-commerce / Store Solutions / SaaS / Pipeline Generation / Software\n\nBright Executive Recruitment is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
