We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Medical Affairs Director, you will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining strong and enduring client relationships and inspiring a sense of trust through proactive and honest communications
Working alongside our clients as a valued partner who can be relied upon to provide solutions based on a deep understanding of their world (their goals, priorities, brand, strategy and competition)
Taking ownership of all aspects of a project or initiative, including accurate resourcing, financial management and forecasting
Collaborating with the wider team while appreciating the important roles of everyone within the agency, sharing responsibility and supporting each other
Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in publications for a medical communications agency
The ability to remain organised with a high level of attention to detail, even when managing multiple projects
