Reporting directly to one of their esteemed Account Managers, you'll have the autonomy to manage your clients independently while collaborating seamlessly within their dynamic team.
Whether you're responding to client briefs, cultivating connections, managing budgets, or staying abreast of market trends, your ability to think on your feet and pose insightful questions will be paramount.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day client interactions and contribute to the success of multiple projects/campaigns.
Exhibit a methodical approach, meeting deadlines, and meticulously preparing for meetings.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of your clients' industries and market dynamics.
Foster relationships internally and externally to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Assist in crafting comprehensive briefs to guide creative teams.
Oversee financial processes related to your accounts.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Facilitate cross-agency and client workshops.
Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings.
Collaborate closely with various departments within the organization.
Skills Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing agency setting.
Basic understanding of shopper marketing and sales promotions.
Passion for cross-channel marketing and a willingness to expand your skill set.
Clear grasp of the commercial aspects of client account management.
