This is a London-based role with opportunities to work across international clients and collaborate with offices in Brussels, Dublin, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities Manage client accounts and budgets, ensuring effective project management of account teams.
Develop and deliver impactful campaigns aimed at achieving tangible policy changes.
Organise high-profile events, engaging politicians, policymakers, healthcare stakeholders, and patient groups.
Provide clients with expert intelligence by leveraging networks and conducting in-depth policy research.
Create high-quality reports on varied topics, including business, trade, and healthcare policy.
Lead and support expert steering groups to drive thought leadership.
Mentor and manage junior team members, guiding their professional growth.
Take a leading role in new business pitches, developing creative strategies and presenting to clients.
Deliver marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Relevant experience in public affairs consultancy, in-house public affairs, NGOs, Parliament, or similar organisations.
Key Requirements
Deep understanding of health policy, with expertise in the UK medicines access landscape and relevant organisations like MHRA, NICE, and NHS England.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in project management and strategic campaign development.
Skilled in mentoring and developing junior team members.
Relevant experience in public affairs consultancy, in-house public affairs, NGOs, Parliament, or similar organisations
