You'll have the chance to collaborate with talented educators while developing and implementing tailored strategies to empower our pupils.
Key Responsibilities: Lead on all SENDCO duties, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies.
Provide targeted support for 10 pupils with varying needs, ensuring their education and training plans meet high standards.
Develop and monitor EHCPs, ensuring compliance with SEND legislation.
Create an inclusive learning environment within a small, close-knit school community.
What We're Looking For: A qualified teacher with SENDCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
Proven experience in supporting SEND pupils within primary education.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
A passion for enhancing education and training opportunities for children with additional needs.
Have or be willing to process an enhanced DBS certificate.
