We are seeking an exceptional SENDC0 (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to join our thriving Primary school community in Brent.
Position: Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCo) Location: Brent, Greater London Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Interviews: Immediately About Us: Our school is a dynamic and inclusive community that celebrates and supports every student.

Role and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Develop and implement strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Coordinate and oversee the work of support staff, ensuring effective deployment and training.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create individual education plans (IEPs).
Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEND, adapting support as necessary.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and school policies related to SEND.
Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all students.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a minimum of three years' teaching experience.
National Award for SEN Coordination or willingness to work towards it.
Proven track record of working with students with a range of special educational needs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners.
A deep commitment to inclusive education and the well-being of all students.
