About the RoleThe SEND Teaching Teams Manager will manage the SEND Teaching Teams (Learning Support, Autism, Sensory & Physical, and Early Years SEND teams) to ensure effective leadership and high-quality outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
This includes line managing team leaders, overseeing HLN funding, promoting evidence-based practices, and supporting the strategic direction of the service.About YouThe ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Essential Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading teams to improve educational outcomes for pupils with SEND.
Essential Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of SEND legislation, inclusive education, and curriculum adaptations.
Essential Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with schools, agencies, and families, and the ability to use data to inform and improve service delivery.
