A teaching assistant plays an important role in providing support for SEN and SEND pupils.
They are invaluable members of the school team, working to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated special educational needs teaching assistants to join our unique schools.

What you'll do: Support pupils in a school setting, in either small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
Prepare learning materials.
Adapt teaching support according to student's needs.
Look after children's physical, social and emotional welfare.

To be successful in this role, you should: Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward helping students achieve their potential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff.
A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
