Location: Various schools in Salford and Bolton Pay: Starting at £84+ per day, paid directly via PAYE Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm) or flexible part-time options Start Date: Immediate start after registration Contract: Long-term roles with opportunities to transition into permanent positions Your Impact: Personalised Support: Work one-on-one with students with a range of SEND needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), offering tailored assistance that enables them to flourish.
Curriculum Engagement: Help students actively participate in lessons, offering individual and group support to make learning accessible and enjoyable.
Fostering Independence: Empower students to develop essential life and social skills, nurturing their confidence and independence in both academic and personal settings.
Collaborative Approach: Team up with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring each student's needs are met.
Inclusive Atmosphere: Play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment that encourages both academic growth and emotional well-being.
