SEND Teaching Assistant (Salford & Bolton) – Empowering Students with Special Educational Needs Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs?
Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for dedicated, compassionate individuals for flexible SEND Teaching Assistant positions in Salford and Bolton.

Location: Various schools in Salford and Bolton Pay: Starting at £84+ per day, paid directly via PAYE  Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm) or flexible part-time options Start Date: Immediate start after registration Contract: Long-term roles with opportunities to transition into permanent positions Your Impact: Personalised Support: Work one-on-one with students with a range of SEND needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), offering tailored assistance that enables them to flourish.
Curriculum Engagement: Help students actively participate in lessons, offering individual and group support to make learning accessible and enjoyable.
Fostering Independence: Empower students to develop essential life and social skills, nurturing their confidence and independence in both academic and personal settings.
Collaborative Approach: Team up with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring each student's needs are met.
Inclusive Atmosphere: Play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment that encourages both academic growth and emotional well-being.
