We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants with SEND experience to join our growing team of education professionals.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, enabling them to thrive in a classroom environment.
You will work alongside experienced teachers to deliver tailored support and ensure students’ individual needs are met.
You must be patient, empathetic, and able to adapt to the varying needs of the pupils you support.
Key Responsibilities of SEND Teaching Assistant:
Assist students with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groupsProvide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and physical disabilitiesWork alongside class teacher and other staff membersSupport students with daily activities, including personal care where necessaryPromote positive behaviour and provide emotional support to studentsObserve and report on student progress and contribute to assessments as requiredThe SEND Teaching Assistant We Are Looking For?
