Have a calm, nurturing personality with an unwavering drive to ensure that pupils make progress in all elements of their education.The successful applicant will have:A good working knowledge of EHCP's and contributing to themHave a good understanding of supporting pupils with profound needs, experience of trauma-informed practice and/or attachment is desirable.Able to use your own initiative to support pupils according to their individual needs.Will need to support with lunchtimes, routines, working 1:1 and in small groups.Experience of teaching phonics - RWI is desirable.
Applicants should have achieved Grade C or above in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
