Join our Merton-based specialist school as a SEND Teaching Assistant, where youll work with students aged between 10-16 years old who have an autistic spectrum condition (ASC).
All students hold an EHCP with ASC as their primary need, with some having additional diagnoses such as ADHD and/or social emotional and mental health needs.

Aid students in developing social skills, self-regulation, and communication skills.
Work collaboratively with the schools specialist team to maintain a structured and autism-friendly environment in Raynes Park.
Use initiative to adapt support methods to meet students unique needs, enhancing their learning experience.
Previous experience in an autism-focused or SEND school setting is highly desirable.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have: A degree in Psychology or a related field, with a strong interest in autism support.

Experience in a SEND school environment is advantageous.
