SEND Teacher – (Full-time & Part-time Roles Available) Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher Required with UK QTS Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
If you hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience leading lessons, this could be a rewarding opportunity for you to make a significant difference in the lives of students with SEN. About the Role: Location:  Various SEN Teaching roles across Salford and Bolton Salary: Pay is to scale, reflecting your experience and qualifications Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediate, subject to registration As a SEND Teacher , you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students with a range of SEN needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and other learning disabilities.
You'll work with small class sizes, supported by dedicated teaching assistants, ensuring students receive the individualised support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and Lead Lessons: Create and deliver differentiated lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEND.
Individualised Support: Tailor learning activities to meet the unique needs of each student, adapting your approach to promote inclusion and engagement.
Collaborate with Support Staff: Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to implement learning strategies and support classroom management.
Foster Development: Help students develop essential communication, social, and life skills while promoting confidence and independence in their learning.
Create a Positive Learning Environment: Maintain a nurturing, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels safe, valued, and able to succeed.

Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role, with experience leading lessons and working with students with SEN. SEN Experience: Previous experience working with students with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, PMLD, and other learning disabilities desirable.
Adaptable and Compassionate: A flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to differentiate lessons and provide compassionate, student-centered support.
Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead a classroom and work collaboratively with support staff to achieve positive outcomes for students.
