Class Act Teaching Services are currently working with a Primary School in Oxford who are looking for an SEND Teacher to start in January 2025 to teach their new alternate provision class.
The role is an ongoing supply role with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year for an SEND Teacher who can become a full part of the team and make a positive impact. 
This Primary School strives to provide the children of the community it is located in with high quality education while supporting the emotional wellbeing of every child.
Under the former Ofsted ratings for schools, this Primary School was rated ‘Good’.
SEND Teacher Role: Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and the ability to adapt this is the needs of each individualUpkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where neededWork effectively with other members of staff, both within the classroom, throughout the school and external professionalsAbility to monitor, assess and report on the progress of your students, as well as being able to adapt to each studentAble to plan and deliver engaging and dynamic lessonsWillingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectivelySEND Teacher Requirements: Hold QTS or an equivalent qualificationRecent school-based experience teaching in a Primary School and working with SEND childrenHave a good level of classroom and behaviour managementExperience working with SEND is essentialWhy Class Act Teaching Services?With a rich history spanning over two decades, our teacher recruitment agency proudly serves North London, East London, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Cornwall, and Devon.
