Teaching Assistant – Specialist Provision (Ages 3-11) – Lincoln Area Are you passionate about supporting young learners with complex needs?
Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in the Lincoln area.
This rewarding role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 3-11.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support for children with complex needs.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Support social interaction and monitor student progress.
What We're Looking For: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
Patience, compassion, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
Collaborative mindset to work with teachers, parents, and staff.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
