The Ideal You: Qualified & Compassionate : You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong interest in SEND and have an enhanced DBS check.
Experienced & Adaptable : You have experience in KS1 and are skilled at designing creative, differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
Skilled Communicator : Your compassionate communication skills inspire trust and respect in students, parents, and fellow staff members alike.
Bonus Points For: Specialist SEND Training or PGCE in SEND Education Experience in a SEND-focused role, demonstrating your ability to support children with varied needs in a primary setting Your Impact: In the Classroom : Each day, you'll guide students through a curriculum that's designed not only to educate but to inspire and build confidence.
