This role is based in the school's Specialist SEND Provision Hub, supporting children with various needs.
  Key Responsibilities : Provide tailored support to children with medical, emotional, and learning difficulties.
Work closely with the Specialist SEND team, following individual education plans (IEPs).
Assist in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment and collaborate with the class teacher on student assessments.
Qualifications and Experience : Experience with children with SEND is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
