We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and child focused SENDCO to be the advocate and whole school driving force supporting children with identified SEND needs.You will be responsible for leading and coordinating innovative and evidence-based provision for children who have identified special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).The SENCO has an important role to play in determining the strategic development of SEND policy and provision at St Joseph's, and in the day-to-day coordination of specific provision that is made to support individual pupils with SEND.
