Role Description Focus on developing relationships with children and young people to engage them in learning.
Understand the importance of emotional regulation and can implement strategies to support/model this appropriately.
Be part of developing and delivering a holistic curriculum that focuses on all four areas of the EHCP.
Create interest based learning opportunities and foster a culture of wonder.
Understand that learning can happen anywhere, anytime when you're inspired.
Have detailed knowledge of a trauma informed approach.
Following the guidance in each person's individual risk assessment/student plan to support them to manage their anxiety and behaviour in a positive way and to keep them and others safe.
You'll use a range of strategies in supporting the range of additional needs we work with.
Deliver 1-1 sessions of learning in the students homes and out in the community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
This advert is for a temporary position.
In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
