Sen Teaching Support Specialist

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Overton School, part of Options Autism.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with complex needs, aged 11-19, who require specialist education and care.
Key Responsibilities Support the teaching and learning of students with complex needs, including autism, in a variety of classroom settings.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for all.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting students with complex needs.
Requirements GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Math.
Adaptability and ability to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside.
Responsive and caring approach to supporting students.
What We Offer A competitive salary of £22,300 per annum, with a Welcome Bonus of £2000.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm, with the option to work 80% of contractual hours for 100% of pay.
