My client is seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Specialist Resourced Provision team, working with children with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN).

What You'll Be Doing Supporting individual and groups of children, including those with SLCN, in line with their Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Assisting with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities alongside the classroom teacher.
Helping to develop children's literacy and numeracy skills, while fostering their interest in learning.
Assisting with behavior management programs to ensure a positive learning environment.
Participating in regular SEN meetings and contributing to the emotional and social development of the pupils.
About You Be able to do the job as described.
Experience working with children who have Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN) is ideal.
Skilled in building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through empathy, listening, and communication.
A positive, dedicated team player with a commitment to high standards of behavior and achievement.
Experience with Signalong preferred, but training can be provided.
