In this role, you will be supporting students with a variety of complex additional needs and help them to achieve their learning goals.
In this role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in the delivery of engaging lessons and creative activities.
Build relationships with students and staff Create a safe and fun learning environment for children Encourage expected behavior and act as a role model for children The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have: Experience working with children with SEN in an education or care setting (desirable) A calm and patient manner.
Personal care, moving and handling and BSL experience (desirable) Sensitivity and understanding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
