We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team.
Role Overview: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with students with special educational needs, assisting them both inside and outside the classroom to help them engage with the curriculum and build their confidence.
This role requires a compassionate and proactive individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children with a range of learning needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with various special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
Assist in the delivery of the curriculum, supporting students on a one-to-one or small group basis to ensure they can access learning effectively.
Support the emotional, social, and behavioural development of students, promoting their inclusion within the school community.
