Do you specialise in KS1 or KS2 and are looking for a new opportunity to support young children with SEN?
Our esteemed partner primary school in central Nuneaton is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join from January.
This role will continue for the remainder of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
Create and adapt engaging learning activities to meet the individual needs of pupils.
Lead interventions for groups of learners, including phonics and reading sessions.
Build strong, positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
Offer support to pupils with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
Work with individuals or small groups of students both within the classroom and in other learning settings.
The ideal candidate will have: A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or degree.
Experience working with children in KS1 or KS2.
Experience supporting students with special educational needs.
