We are seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work with students aged 11-19 who have various complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities: Learning Support:Work closely with teachers to create an engaging and positive learning environment. Personalised Assistance:Provide targeted support in small groups or one-on-one, tailored to each student's sensory and communication needs. Encourage Positive Behaviour:Use innovative strategies to foster positive behaviour, adapting your approach to each student's needs. Personal Care Support:Assist students with personal care when needed, always respecting their dignity and privacy.
