? Work collaboratively with staff to ensure students' progress and well-being.
? Monitor students' achievements and communicate feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements: ? Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
? A compassionate and flexible approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
? Excellent communication and organisational skills.
? A valid driver's licence and access to your own car is essential.
