Responsibilities: Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN in a primary school setting.
Assisting with personal care tasks when required.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with the school's staff and following individual Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for students.
