This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities: Provide support to students with special educational needs in a classroom setting.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Support students in developing social skills and independence.
Requirements: Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
Strong understanding of special educational needs and strategies to support them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
