What You'll Be Doing Provide dedicated 1:1 support for named children with Educational Health Care Plans.
Implement effective strategies to encourage positive behaviour and learning outcomes.
Assist with day-to-day learning, both in class and during personal development activities.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
About You Flexible and adaptable, with a patient and fair approach to every child.
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as take direction when needed.
Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a primary setting is a plus.
Positive, forward-thinking, and with a great sense of humour.
