We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a secondary school in Somerset .
This full-time role is based within the school's SEN provision , where you will support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) .
You will work closely with students, both 1:1 and in small groups , helping them achieve their full potential in a supportive environment.
Key Details: Location : Somerset, Secondary School SEN Provision Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Responsibilities : Supporting students on EHCPs in their learning Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions Promoting positive outcomes for SEN students Ideal Candidate : We are looking for candidates with SEN experience or those with transferable skills from the care sector or roles involving support for vulnerable adults or children .
