Key Responsibilities: Assist in the educational and social development of students with SEN. Work with teachers to plan and implement individualized learning programs.
Support students in developing their self-confidence, independence, and social skills.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in an SEN support role is essential.
Qualification: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
