Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant – Bishop's Stortford Location: Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire Day Rate: £85 to £100 + holiday pay Start Date: ASAP or January Flexibility: Full-time or Part-time Phases of Education: KS3 & KS4 Contract: Day 2 Day, Temporary, Fixed Term & Permanent We are looking for Level 3 Qualified SEN Teaching Assistants to support students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Must be open to supply or long-term cover roles.
Role Responsibilities: Support 1:1 or in intervention groups for students with SEN such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties Assist with individualized learning plans and adapt tasks to support students at various stages of learning Help manage classroom behavior and provide emotional support to students Foster a positive, inclusive environment and ensure students' well-being while encouraging academic development What We're Looking For: Level 3 Qualification relevant to education Experience working in education, care, or with secondary school age groups Passion for supporting students with SEN to achieve their full potential Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners!
