Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom setting.

Assist the teacher in implementing individual education plans for students with SEN. 3.
Support students in their learning activities and help them achieve their educational goals.
4.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents/guardians.
5.
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Required Qualifications: - Relevant experience working with individuals with SEN - Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of SEN principles and best practises - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students - Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask - Patience and empathy towards students with SEN Preferred Qualifications: - Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - Additional training in SEN support Working Conditions: - Work primarily within school hours - May involve some additional hours for planning and meetings - Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies - Support students in various classroom and outdoor settings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
