About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you will work closely with students, providing the tailored support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, adapting resources, and ensuring a positive learning experience for every child.
Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to deliver effective interventions.
Monitor and report on students' progress and development.
Requirements: Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
A genuine commitment to supporting children with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations.
A valid driver's licence and access to your own car is essential.
