About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) , you will play a crucial role in supporting students to achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include working one-on-one with pupils, supporting small groups, and helping teachers deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

Responsibilities Provide individualised support to students with SEN , ensuring their academic and social development.

Requirements A passion for working with children with SEN and a genuine interest in their development.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
