About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistants (TA) , you will play a key role in helping children with SEN thrive both academically and personally.

As an SEN Teaching Assistants (TA) , you'll create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can shine.
Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
Assist teachers in creating and delivering tailored lesson plans to meet individual needs.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment in the classroom.
Encourage students' social and emotional growth, building their confidence and self-esteem.
Monitor and document students' progress, contributing to their personalised learning plans.
Requirements A passion for helping children with SEN succeed in school and beyond.
Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Patience, creativity, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
