Sen Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant - Burnley: Prospero Teaching are looking for a teaching assistant to join one of our schools near to Burnley.
For this role, we require a level 2 teaching assistant qualification and previous experience supporting children with SEN. Role Responsibilites: Preparing learning resources and activities Supporting children in small groups and on a 1-1 basis Managing behaviour effectivelyPosition Details: Location: Burnley Position: SEN TA Hours: 8am-3pm Type of Work: Temporary Full time/Part time: Full time only Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience Start date: ASAP End date: OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications: Previous experience supporting children in a school setting is essential Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desired Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold right to work in the UK Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references OTHER Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
