\n Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will support the learning and development of our pupils, working closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored educational programs.
\n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons and activities that meet the individual needs of pupils.
\n Provide one-on-one support to pupils, helping them to engage with their learning and achieve their goals.
\n Support the development of pupils' social and communication skills.
\n Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
\n Help with the personal care needs of pupils, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
