SEN Teacher – Tiverton and Surrounding Areas Employer: Teaching Personnel Start Date: 24th February 2025 (or sooner if possible) Contract Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm Salary: £31,650 - £45,646 + SEN Allowance Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for experienced and passionate SEN Teachers to join schools in Tiverton and the surrounding areas.

About the Role: Start Date: 24th February 2025 or earlier, depending on availability.
Position Type: Full-time, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
Salary: Competitive, ranging from £31,650 to £45,646 per annum, plus SEN Allowance.
What We Are Looking For: To be successful in this role, you must: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – this is essential.
Have experience working with children with SEN, including autism, SEMH, and complex needs.
Be adept at managing challenging behaviours and creating tailored lesson plans for small groups.
Demonstrate a commitment to promoting inclusivity and positive learning experiences for all students.
