Maths Teacher (SEN) Location: Bury Salary: Paid to scale Contract Type: Full-time, Temp-Perm Type of work: Teaching Maths to pupils with a range of SEND.
School Overview: Prospero Teaching is working with a SEN school on the outskirts of Bury that caters to students aged 11-19 with complex anxiety associated with autism spectrum disorder and/or early trauma.
All the students will have an education, health and care plan (EHCP).
Role Overview: Prospero teaching is seeking an energetic Maths Teacher to deliver a curriculum tailored to engage and support SEN students.
This role involves helping students develop their numeracy skills through adaptive teaching methods that encourage confidence and independent learning.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths or a related field.
Experience working with SEN students, with a flexible and positive teaching approach.
A genuine commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
