Job Advert: Permanent SEN Teacher Required A highly reputable SEMH/SEN school group is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join their team at their Westbury site, starting January 2025 or sooner.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with SEMH/SEN students in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
