SEN Teacher – Glastonbury (Full-Time, Permanent) A highly reputable SEMH/SEN school group is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team in Glastonbury from January 2025, or sooner if possible.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a permanent member of staff in a school dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience working with children with SEMH and SEN, ideally within a specialist setting.
A passion for helping students with additional needs to reach their full potential.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual needs.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
