SEN Teacher – Brierfield, East Lancashire (BB9) Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a SEN Teacher to work in a mainstream Primary School located in Brierfield, East Lancashire (BB9) About this role: SEN Teaching role Working with pupils with SEN and SEMH Full-time Long-term Opportunity for permanent contract January 2025 start The successful candidate will be teaching several classes throughout the school, teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 children in small class groups.
The teacher will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and accessible activities, prioritising pupils' individual progress.
This will involve following EHCPs with the support of colleagues, especially Teaching Assistants.
Teachers will be expected to maintain track such progress closely through appropriate assessments and tasks, regularly liaising with guardians.
