SEN Primary Teacher – Manchester (M14) Teaching Personnel is in search of an SEN Primary Teacher to join our team, dedicated to supporting a class of students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering imaginative and personalised lessons tailored to the diverse needs and capabilities of students with complex requirements.
This entails employing effective teaching methodologies, such as visual aids, sensory exercises, and adaptive technologies, to enrich the learning journey.
The successful applicant will collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to student development and progress.
This will involve devising personalised learning plans (EHCPs) and regularly monitoring student advancement, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
Cultivating a nurturing and supportive classroom ambiance that cultivates emotional well-being and self-assurance in every student will also be a key aspect of the role.
Requirements: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Demonstrated experience working with students with complex needs.
Profound comprehension of various complex needs, including ASC, sensory processing disorders, communication challenges, and learning disabilities.
Flexibility and patience to address the individual needs of each student and tailor a personalised learning path.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external entities.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) for working with children.
