Part-Time EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant Needed in Garstang, ASAP start.
As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing tailored support to a child in Year 4 o na 1:1 basis on who require additional assistance due to SEN.
Your nurturing approach will help create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Hours: 08:30-15:30 2 days a week.
Pay: £12.90 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to children with SEN, assisting them with their learning and development.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes independence and confidence in students with SEN.
Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in an educational setting.
Understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in SEN support or childcare are desirable but not essential.
Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualified is desirable.
