We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work with children in a primary school in the NG10 area, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in SEN or those passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with additional needs.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualized learning plans.
Assist in adapting lesson materials to accommodate diverse learning needs.
Help students with social skills, behavior management, and classroom engagement.
Requirements: Experience working with SEN pupils in an educational setting (desired but not essential).
Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
